HOT NEWS INDONESIA - The Purwakarta Branch of the Ansor Youth Movement (PC GP Ansor) recently joined hands with the Branch Coordination Unit (Satkorcab) of the Multipurpose Ansor Force (Banser) to organize a foundational training event called "Diklatsar". Taking place at the premises of Madinah Darul Barokah Islamic Boarding School (Madaba) in Bungursari Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, the event spanned from Friday, August 4th, to Sunday, August 7th, 2023.

The inauguration of the Banser foundational training (Diklatsar) was graced by the presence of Anne Ratna Mustika, the Regent of Purwakarta. Also attending were KH Bahir Mukhlis, the Head of the Purwakarta Regency Branch of Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU), the Regional Leadership Forum (Forkopimda) of Purwakarta Regency, and the Chairpersons of the Sub-Branch Leaders of the Ansor Youth Movement (PAC GP Ansor) from across the region.

During the opening ceremony, Regent Anne Ratna Mustika expressed her hope that Ansor and Banser would continue to nurture the youth of Purwakarta to possess strong character. She stated, "May the implementation of this Diklatsar help Ansor and Banser of Purwakarta give rise to young individuals characterized by resilience and strong faith," on Friday, August 4th, 2023.

Ketua PC GP Ansor Kabupaten Purwakarta, KH Muhammad Mahmud, emphasized that being a part of Banser means being the fortress of religion and the nation. He stressed the importance of sincere intention and dedication to becoming a Banser member. He remarked, "With our long history in Indonesia, Ansor and Banser have undoubtedly made substantial positive contributions to both religion and the nation." He also extended gratitude to Regent Anne Ratna Mustika for inaugurating the Diklatsar event.

Notably, the Diklatsar event organized by PC GP Ansor and Satkorcab Banser Purwakarta saw participation from 300 attendees representing 17 subdistricts across Purwakarta Regency. This initiative reflects a united effort to shape the youth into resilient individuals deeply rooted in their faith.
